I have many medical issues and dental phobia, and the Streetsboro Aspen Dental was wonderful. Allison did the most thorough cleaning and I got the anabiotic beads that I need and I really didn't have any pain with it. It was weirdly satisfying to have all those spots addressed. There was no wait time and all the staff was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend going to Streetsboro Aspen to anyone I know.
My daughter received services here 1 year ago and still issues will billing our insurance and the idiots in their fake billing department can't figure it out!? I believe Aspen is a scam and we are getting a lawyer!!!! Do NOT go to any Aspen!!!!!!

I try to schedule an appointment i was su to be there at 2 I show up only to get told they don't accept so what was the point of making an appointment when you get denied service an the receptionist had a little attitude as soon as she seen the caresource card this was ay the Streetsboro aspen dental you should probably put it on the website that you do t accept caresource

I went to the Macedonia one and felt like I was dealing with car salesman approach to things. What a Scam. Did X-rays, insist I need scaling, which will cost over 2 thousand dollars for me. They recommended the same for my wife, another 2 grand. Also said we would get a toothbrush after the scaling. we took home the itemized quote- they were going to charge us 135 buck each for electric toothbrushes that I told them we had. The work on my teeth was fine. They quoted me a price at the beginning of my work which included my insurance payments. After my work was completed they wanted me to cover what insurance did not cover. If I had known from the beginning what it would have cost I would not have had as much work done at one time. Instead of the office going after the insurance to cover the cost of the agreed upon amount it costs me almost $1000 more. The office told me I had go after the insurance myself.

I Went in with bad pain in my right wisdom tooth. They recommended me take all of my wisdom teeth out + my 2 too molars. After having my first surgery ever in my life as a 26 year old I can say this was the worst experience of my life due to the lack of care in this place. Had 2 dental assistants talking trash right behind me about other people and using profanity. Deceitful ... scheduled cleaning & they only did xrays - "they didn't have a dental hygienist available" ... so why did you schedule the appointment? Tried to sell other services instead, JUST DO THE CLEANING we came here for!

Worst experienc! Took my 93 year old mom. she needed dentures. They were supposed to call with recommendation and never did. Called 3x's and someone was supposed to call me back but never did. Called the Regional # listed if you had a complaint. I explained the situation and she said she'd check into it and still never heard back. Wouldn't recommend.
