My mom has been going back in forth there for almost 6 months and they still haven’t done the work that her insurance company already paid for. They’ve said records were lost papers need to signed etc…… I’ve even gone with her and heard others complain. Her personal Dr. even called ( my mom has been over 11 times ) PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THIS OFFICE AND THE CARE!!!

The Suffolk location left a very bad taste in my mouth. Went there to get a routine cleaning. Being my 1st visit I had to do a full check-up before any procedures or treatments would be done. Dentist was nice enough. Reviewed my xrays and examined my teeth. Reported all was well except I needed 2 fillings because I had 2 cracked teeth. Hygienist came in after did her exam and suggested planing and scaling. Insurance was leaving a high copay hence, I requested a routine cleaning. My son only came to this office after Downtown Suffolk location closed. He had 2 or 3 appts at Harborview location. Today, he came for an appt and was told he should've went to Downtown location. At no freaking point, was he told that Downtown Suffolk location was open and his appt was there today. Aspen is the worst!!!!! Best part, nobody at Harborview location is picking up the phone!!!!!!!!! Potential patients, stay away from Aspen completely. Find a smaller practice where you won't get the run around!
