I am over 60 and I have never had better dental care in my whole life. They did not treat me according to what my insurance company would pay the most to them for my care. They started out at the front desk. Yesterday I was in a lot of pain. Went to Aspen Dental on Dale Mabry and saw a great dentist named Navid Ramsi. I forgot my prescription list so he wouldn’t treat me at first but I called my doctor and they faxed my list right away. After setting up a treatment and payment plan, dr ramsi said he would fit me in. Thank God. So even though I was there for 5 hours everything was taken care of. Everyone there were wonderful. So far I love this office.
Awesome experience. Made me feel at home. No discomfort watsoever.
