Got me in same day for emergency, staff was all knowledgable and very kind.
RecommendedAspen Dental management sucks! United Healthcare made an appointment for me today at 2:00, Aspen called yesterday to confirm the appointment. Got there they took x-rays then I had a consultation with a dentist and a hygienist, they both were great. I got their advice for a treatment plan. After all that and making me wait another 20 minutes they tell me they don't take United Healthcare! WTF🙈🙉🙊
Horrible. Felt like I was a practice patient volunteering for them to get their hours required to graduate. Fraudulent tactics trying to talk you into add on services that were probably not necessary and very costly…..didn’t recognize anyone and it was the hygienist 2nd day. She did not know how to operate equipment. I can go on but instead will just say horrible experience and will never go back or refer anyone!!

Great quality of care and affordable. Treatments and the medical staff are very professional. Patient coordinators are also very pleasant. But the front office and billing is a nightmare. Beware to always review the numbers before you sign. Many times they had incorrect billing or care plans that were not consented. Scheduling has also been very difficult. You call and you get 4 different automated recordings and you can never get direct to the office. If they fixed operations/scheduling/billing, this place would be aw... read more
