They are expensive, unreliable, take an excessively LONG TIME to see you, and disrespectful of your time! I have twice been told I needed to reschedule a procedure after taking time off work to be there - the first time AFTER they numbed my entire mouth. When they did it the second time after I had been waiting for an hour and a half to be seen, I had the nerve to complain, and they kicked me out of their practice!!! I would NOT recommend Aspen Dental. I scheduled my appointment was told to be there 15 mins early because I was a new patient. I get there early to be told you don’t have a appointment.. you didn’t confirm. I showed them my email of confirmation. They said we will get you in. They like to cancel appointments after you’ve already paid half the cost, so you feel like you have to reschedule. It’s a constant headache. Go somewhere else.

He is 74 years old and likes to "shop" around for absolutely everything he spends money on. I wish I would have read reviews first. This place is the worse. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. The call center said her exam and X-ray was free since she had no insurance and was a first time patient. We get there and they tell us her exam a x ray fee was $79. Called the call center back. This office is a scam and doing its own thing despite what the company offers. Complaint was filed with the company about this particular office.
Nunez is rough and acts very angry if you don't just jump in with all his plans to take your money. He pulled 2 teeth at one visit, it was a nightmare. By the time he came back to work in my mouth I was already tingling due to feeling coming back. My mouth never seemed very numb to start with. For 2 teeth and 1 was a wisdom tooth! He certainly traumatized me and I share my experience often. Someone will be treated as I was for whatever reason. Stay away! Tell your friends.
I’m an OTR truck driver & I schedule my appointments accordingly (with my days off & They have a tendency to change my appointment to fit their needs not mine… Now I have to wait another month
I am reaching out that someone from aspen dental that reads this can help me on a Sunday, I am currently getting a crown done at Aspen and this past Friday I had my second appointment to get the temp Crown removed to take X-rays and send off for my permanent since the appointment the temporary has fallen off once and now has come off again “Saturday night” I would appreciate highly if someone could reach out to get the temporary crown glued back once again tomorrow. Stop lying to your customers. Get you staff training, so they know what they are doing. I used the Texarkana office. Never again, I will discourage everyone I know not to use your services. Customer service is not provided at this location. I was informed by three employees I had zero balance, tried to get my teeth and surprise I owe 1200.
