RecommendedI went there for tooth pain and left without any pain. Also I work out a plan for partials and a little cosmetic work with a blue tooth Oral-B Genius rechargeable tooth brush. Without spending a dime during my visit. Great people and friendly atmosphere.
You took my dads money and left him with dentures that don’t fit. He has been there numerous times and still no satisfaction. The dentist is rude and non compassionate and as far as I’m concerned incompetent. It’s been months and my dad still cannot keep his teeth in because of mistakes with the dentures. By far the worse customer expeirance I have had at a business when spending thousands of dollars. Dr. Nunez and the receptionist we're really great. I think one or two at the most of the dental assistants are very kind and nice. After they pulled my teeth it was like they wanted nothing to do with me. Each time I went there I waited at least 30 to 45 minutes to go back for a scheduled appointment and once called for the appointment I would smile at the lady bring me back and say hi and she would never smile she was the rudes... read more
The only reason this place even get a star how friendly everyone was. But it was all fake except for the lady who did pricing and estimating she was awesome. First, the hygienist was telling me she was sending home with me this fancy toothbrush (she never said I had to pay for it), I got all excited I thought I was getting taking cared of. Received a root canal and later a crown. Dr. Nunez's bedside manner with me was not very comforting. Rough and I was in so much pain for 2 wks. Confronted him about how I felt I was treated at initial appointment, and he apologized, but pretty much denied and excused himself. The crown did not fit right and he did not get it down to a point to where it was comfortable. Ended up going to my own dentist directly after to get my ugly rock of a crown fixed.
