I will never return to this place. They will exaggerate the needed treatment in order to pad the bill. Also they added things like new electric toothbrushes and hope you won't notice. Zero stars would be appropriate

Business response:

Hi Bill, thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. Our recommendations are based on what will best support long-term oral health, and we never want a patient to feel unsure about why certain treatment is recommended. Our goal is to always provide clear information so patients can make informed decisions about their care, and we strongly encourage patients to ask questions and seek clarification at any point during their visit. If you have any questions about your care, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. ... read more

Rather than showing empathy for a patient who was clearly in significant pain and simply calling to follow up because the prescribed antibiotics were not working, the front office staff became defensive and confrontational. On multiple occasions, the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, yet responsibility was repeatedly shifted back to the patient instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake. This experience was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, has caused the patient to lose confidence in the denti... read more

After expressing my anxiety and PTSD in tears over the phone with dentists prior to scheduling my appointment and was told it would be put in the notes and that i would be taken care of. I arrived and was taken back to get xrays. As I was standing in the machine the dental assistants/employees decided that was the OPPORTUNE TIME TO SET OFF CONFETTI BOMB POPPERS. I couldn't move, I had to throw up. I was in the middle of an anxiety attack and then they decided to joke about it sounding like an ACTIVE SHOOTER in the building. ... read more

Business response:

Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and treated with compassion and respect during a dental appointment. The behavior and comments you described do not reflect the experience we aim to provide, and we take feedback like this very seriously. Nothing!! I will not return.. I'm at a point of no return!! Be careful.. it's all about money!! I Have insurance but they treat you like you don't l.. they are naming their own prices regardless of how much insurances you have !! They don't care!! Please check your insurance plans before making decisions on allowing people to dust your pockets.. I only went in for a cavity to get filling but to my surprise they were trying to get more than I bargained for..

Aspen dental has still not reached out to me about settling a disagreement I have filed against them. I contacted the corporate office and spoke to them about the problem and he assured me he would take care of it and reach out to me, that has been a month and a half and no phone call. This whole aspen dental company is a terrible!! These people on here giving 5 stars are either employees or relatives. This Texas city office are crooks. My only other option is to turn it over to a lawyer

I was 3 minutes late for an appointment and they refused to see me. I had an appointment at 5:15. I called the day before and the staff asked me to come in at 5. I told them I had a 30 min drive and would be there as close to 5 as possible. I arrived at 5:03. They said I was late and wouldn't be seen. I explained my original appointment was 5:15. They were in a big hurry to leave for the day

Business response:

We're very disappointed to hear this, Rhonda. Our team would appreciate the opportunity to look into your experience further. Please give us a call at 1-844-296-0187, so we can address your concerns. -The Customer Service Team

They are a rip off. Done my wife's snap in teeth and used existing post 3 on one side and 2 on bottom from previous dental work , she can't even wear them for the sum of $17,000. They paid me 900.00 for the parts they didn't put in but haven't refunded me the labor for the 4 post they didn't install. Terrible!!!

WE had an appt. to have a tooth pulled and after sitting there for an hour after they took x-rays we learned that it could to be done. I understand procedures but if the right questions was asked within 30 minutes we should had all the reason why his tooth was not going to be extracted on the date of his appointment. We learned that they needed to talk with his doctor, can't do extracts on day of dialysis and we would have to come back. Of course we got the most important information they assume was the cost and that they... read more

Business response:

We are sorry that your experience didn't live up to expectations. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment same day, but it’s not always possible. An offices ability to do same day treatment does depend on the number of staff, patients, procedures they have on a given day as well as the treatment needing to be done.
