Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen in canton Georgia he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. 12/2021 I broke a tooth and they got me in immediately and started the crown process. I have followed up with them on 2 other occasions for routine cleanings. The first cleaning I owed money because they said it was a deep cleaning. Second cleaning they told me I had a credit to my account of $76.00 but still owed money. When I asked questions regarding why I am having to pay when my insurance pays, the front office staff was very rude and very short with me. Most everything went well till I asked for my teeth that was removed the day before via email, due to religious reasons. I was told yes, I was even asked to bring something to put them in and I brought glass bottles to keep them dry and safe but then told no when I went in. when in the facility I emailed the same person and supposedly it would be took care of. I was still refused. the dr who removed my teeth honestly was quite inexperienced i felt he had issues with finding my vains and literally never had issues like this b... read more
