HIPPA VIOLATION! Absolutely horrible how the front desk talked to my wife. I called them back because I was very upset at the way they treated my wife and spoke to her, before I even verified who she was, they stated her name and accused her of yelling. Basically, they gave away the name of one of their potential patients to someone they did not verify. I had 6 lower teeth pulled and they were supposed to make me a lower denture . I financed it through Care Credit with a guarantee that if I was not happy with the dentures I could get a refund. I was not happy at all and let them know. I returned the temporary as asked to and still have not received my refund. It has now been 5 1/2 months since I returned the temporary and was told I would get the refund. Find any other dentist .These people are not honest people to deal with. I have a fear of dentist and Aspen dental team were friendly and gentle which made me comfortable during my visit. I had a broken tooth and was forced to find a dentist. First off we did X-rays and cleaning. That went great! I also needed extractions so a denture was prepared for immediate use after extractions. However I had regular tooth extractions which turned into surgery on 1 tooth. I came home and followed care plan that was instructed for healing. They told me they'd give me a goodie bag post wisdom teeth surgery with after care products like gauze and a syringe, but I only got an info sheet with 5 small pieces of gauze. I came back immediately after work the next day because their hours online said they were open, but they weren't, and I had to beg a lady from outside the door for the syringe they promised because I had stuff stuck in the holes, and she said they didn't have any and they didn't give them out (even though another lady told me they'd give me one prior)... read more

I have a broken denture (their website says emergency tooth care) but they are making me wait 7 days to get them fixed. Meanwhile they are slowly breaking more. I went up there and showed them and they still won't help me. The fracture is my fault but still, I won't have a denture by the time Monday comes.
I knew when I booked my initial appointment and they told me they could not do an exam and a cleaning in the same scheduled time that I should have looked for a different dentist. They also refused to accept the full mouth xrays that I had done one year prior; they insisted that they do their own. Red flags all over; I knew it was all about the money for them.
