My experience at Aspen Dental has always been a pleasant one, I have been going for the past few years and the find the service impeccable and professional. I had a wonderful experience at the Tonawanda location. Everyone was wonderful from Kristen, Chris and Kathi up front to Dr. Noel and Dr. Carney and the dental assistants in the back. I would highly recommend going to Aspen Dental!
I was terrified of the dentist after a past event somewhere else. When I heard they wanted to do my wisdom teeth I was even more afraid. I only got local anesthetic. I was in and out in 15 min for 3 wisdom teeth. Dr. Tin was awesome, Quick and really good at his job. And the dental assistances are all super nice and really carrying.
To all those who are scared of the dentist... I have found your place! I too was petrified of the dentist. I have been to many. From the second I walked in, I felt relaxed. Every single employee met me with a smile and a hello. The dentist that I had calmed my usual white knuckles down and I just chilled while she went to work. I am thankful I walked through those doors. I am now confident that I have found my dentist for good. Thank you Aspen Dental.

I've been going to the Aspen Dental Tonawanda location since 2008. The staff has become like a second family to me. They are very friendly and accommodating and do everything they can to ease my nerves when I'm there. Before Aspen I dreaded going to the dentist, but now I love it!
Everyone here was lovely. All issues were explained to me precisely without confusion. Would highly recommend!
