I love this place! The staff is friendly and diligent. My appointments usually last an hour to an hour and a half, depending on what I had done. I understand that I'm not the only person with an appointment during that time so it's not a problem if there are times that I'm waiting or left alone. I trust the doctors and dental assistants. I hate getting the novocaine and they know that and comfort me during the procedures. Always making sure I am comfortable. Always friendly and helpful. Love this place! I've been going there for years and almost never have to wait.
They illegally charge patients the contractual adjustment (disallowed amount by insurance) they collect the allowed amount from the insurance and scam patients for the rest. They took advantage of my husband being in so much pain he didn’t care and put the charge on his credit card. When asked they said oh yea he has a credit. So they never planned on telling us that and I called with blue cross on the line and called them out. They said they would refund. Had an appointment and they refused to do my cleaning because I wouldn't sign up for a $4,000 service and that was WITH my insurance!!! X-ray person was not fully trained. Also, free x-rays and exam is advertised everywhere!!! NOT NECESSARILY THE CASE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE but they don't tell you that (bill comes much later).

Called and made an appointment. 2 days later the email and change the date of my appointment. So they lost multiple customers for life. (My family) And when I had an emergency, there was no one to answer the phone.
Went in with a toothache. Applied for a credit card for some work I was thinking about. My insurance took care of my visit. A month later I get a bill for the credit card with a late fee! Called the credit card company explained what happened. They said they took off the late fee, I paid the difference and the card was closed. Get another bill with another late fee! I called the dental office, I said I never authorized you to use that card. Got nowhere, girl was RUDE! Zero stars!

Awesome ! Very professional and very friendly, They made you feel very relaxed like you were home. I thought they did a great job with my dentures and the cost waa a lot lower than anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

Tried to charge my son 325.00 for first visit ....they don't offer free first to those under 18 and didn't say anything on phone till I got in office ...waited 1/2 hr and never fixed problem....will never go back
