Great Place. They actually listened to what I wanted done and even with them saying I should have something else done to try first but than after talking the dentist was honest and said I believe this will be a better way to go. Very Honest, listens to you and even helped me with some finical so I can get the work I need done for better health

So My journey with Aspen began in Aug. 2019. I had a bad experience with a Dr. that was there when they opened. I paid for a dental piece that was 1,500. For over a year I had had trouble getting the piece to fit correctly. They now have two Dentists on staff that I feel care. They listened to my pain, my questions and concerns and finally spent time with Ne and fixed the issue. I believe the office is finally going to be a great experience for anybody that may go.

So first time I made an appointment back in March, I got suckered into getting the Aspen Dental Savings Plan. They neglected to tell me that the location doesn't accept the plan in MHK until the confirmation call a few days before the appointment. 🙄 I told them sorry, I'm going to have to cancel. Me cobraron muy caro por un trabajo,me hicieron una prótesis no me explicaron nunca que era desechable y por ser desechable se rompió.Estaba de viaje y estuve sin diente tres semanas.Cuando voy a la oficina el Gerente me dice que no hay garantía porque es una prótesis desechable que podía mandar hacerme otra por $600.00 dólares y me duraría 6 meses .Me dio alternativa de hacerme un implante por $6,000.00 .Waoooo que careros e inhumanos son!! Horrible customer service. I waited over an hour after checking in. When I asked why the deny the excuse was there are no available clean rooms in the back. Yet 4-5 other people came in after I did and were all called back before I was. DO NOT recommend this sh@t hole place

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and that was OK but they told me I needed three fillings done, And they come back next week. I went back the following week and by the time the filings were done I was in severe pain the rest of the day. You shouldn’t be in severe pain after getting fillings done. When I got fillings elsewhere, I felt no pain whatsoever. Don’t use them.
