I have been going there since February. I have worn dentures for 33 years and have never received such lousy care, nor have I ever had a problem with dentures before. I just put them in and they are good to go. Not this place I have been back there at least 8-10 times. Now the top plate has a chunk of gum out. When they answer the phone to set up appointment; it’s 2 weeks or more. They have on their door we take walk ins. That’s a joke, I have driven there (30 miles) to get appointment. I called the emergency line last night and they got me an appointment for today due to a chipping tooth causing severe pain and rendering me unable to eat. I got checked in filled out the paper work and sat there for over an hour while I watched every other person with an appointment time after mine come and go. I finally got up and told them I can’t wait anymore. 😳TOPEKA FAMILY AND FRIENDS😳 Aspen Dental SUCK! I go in for a oral surgery referral for my back moral. In February,He writes me a referral all is well. About a month later a second tooth starts bothering really bad, well since my surgery isn’t until later in march I call aspen to see if I can get my 2nd tooth added on to my referral. I called the Aspen about a crown. I was transfered to the office manager with out being told I was being transfer then I spoke with him. I understood I needed to pay for my crown again. That's fine, but the manager hung up on me without letting me cancel my appoinent. When I went to call again to cancel my appointment I was put on hold for more then 20 minutes with out asking to be put on hold. So I called their management service (844) 372-4387 and was able to cancel it with in a few seconds. I won't ever go back to Aspen.

I scheduled an appointment to see about getting new dentures that fit better online thru the website on 5/6/2021. Appointment was scheduled for today 5/13 at 10:15 am. I receive no other emails or calls. At 8 am today I received a text saying they look forward to seeing me at my appointment at 10:15am and to arrive 15 minutes early. I went to have a swollen tooth looked thinking I would be put on antibiotics and then the tooth would be removed not the case it was pulled that day,I was given antibiotics to take when I got home,by the time I got home my temp spiked and I was freezing and the pain was excruciating my grandson took me to the ER I spent 2days in the hospital and I'm still taking strong antibiotics and pain pills

On my 1st and only visit with Aspen Dental I request a standard teeth cleaning. At this visit I found too many new technicians without an experienced, seasoned person to guide them. Aspen Dental receptionist said they would accept my Dental coverage and afterword I learned they do not. Also, the diagnosis was for unnecessary treatment that was quoted as almost 3 thousand dollars, not including a $300+ teeth cleaning that was stated as 'not a deep cleaning'.
