I went in with my mind made up on a procedure, after speaking with Dr. Edwards she gave me a few options that were more affordable ( not really ideal for being on a budget) but at least i have options and already started the first process I have to say the ladies I worked with were really good to me with my panic attack and my crying episode and really worked with helping me calm down and to understand the process that was being done
Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were very informative and friendly.
Everyone has seen commercials on TV but I can tell you that the ones for Aspen Dental are for real. There are no words to explain my fear of all things dental and years of neglect. My first appointment was outstanding. Everyone there was friendly, understanding and attentive. My husband anticipated that I would either not complete the appointment or be in tears. recently relocated from Bangor to Topsham, first cleaning was today. A very pleasant visit with Tina being my Hygienist. She didn't scrape so far down into the gum line that I would come up out of my chair, ( like my last hygienist in Bangor), Seemed to do a very thorough job and gave me a generous goodie bag too.She was then able to schedule my next cleaning right there so I didn't have to go up front to the schedulers.
