Aspen Dental is one of the worse practices I have ever been to. My cousin who is disabled and does not have dental insurance had a horrible tooth ache. I called for him got him an appt and went through their so called steps! X Ray, hygienist checking teeth and then the dentist. Rude, has an attitude and offered to take the tooth that day. My cousin wanted to wait till the next day after being on a medication to help with the infection. Oblivious to pain and discomfort of patient Self-verified patient of Dr. Tarek Korban - Posted on October 27th, 2018 In September 2018 Dr Korban was treating a slew of patients overscheduled/ shoehorned in at the Aspen Dental office in Torrington, CT one day per month. His last appt was at 10:30am and the escort in from the waiting room was nearly an hour after that. Not a big deal. They are liars and manipulators. Totally incompetent waste of time. I’m seriously considering legal action and definitely reporting them to the ADA if you need dental care and live in Torrington, God help you. It’s all about the $$$$ and I guess that wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t completely suck at what they do! Run past them

Getting better but..been issues with payments first...then wax Try on's ....had permanent received Monday ..they fell right out;( Need re-line to try to fit...had problem with the wax testers ..said was fixed I thought so too..but think they moved again in the wax while being made..a bit buck toothy ..hopin to get corrected within all paid already...my originals though very loose now .l( original extraction was August last year )..fit better at this second then the extra paid comfort fits 😳

Totally mislead with the free initial exam. 1.5 hours with no cleaning to find out it will cost $500 plus dollars to come back for 2 cleanings
