it's the worst place I don't like to be lied to
RecommendedAmazing staff that helped me find an affordable option for my wisdom tooth. Everyone was so kind and considerate and I really felt that my comfort was a priority. Thank you Emilio, Lali, Angie and Dr. Han!

RecommendedFriendly, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient. After the initial exam, they went over the specifics of my insurance to see exactly which of their recommendations would be covered. However, inconvenient since they outright refuse to provide some services (like cleanings and fillings) before other treatments they consider higher priority are completed. if you want the most arrogant denial work this is the densest for you!! I have worked in the medical X-ray services for over 20 years I have seen some ds but this is the most outrageous I have been part of . I have a bad tooth and all his dds is tocking about is removal of all teeth..........will not disgust the movement of the bad tooth!! WTF
The staff turns over often so service is highly variable. Today the waiting room is empty however what staff is available are polite, efficient, and professional. My usual Dentist has moved on and her replacment is not professional and is poorly dressed and has no confidence. He did not do an exam and refused to repair my broken bridge. The Dentist's so called exam and evaluation was $78. . . .left without service and will not return.
Bottom line - NOT RECOMMENDED. I had 3 visits to the Oracle office. The 1st was with my wife for her first visit on 4/24/19. She waited over 30 minutes to be seen. During the time I waited for her I filled out the new patient paperwork and was given an appointment for my 1st visit on 4/29 at 7 am. My 2nd visit to the office at the appointed time, I signed in and took a seat. The whole experience was a waste of time. More interested in their agenda than taking care of my issues. I won’t go back and would never recommend them to anyone else.
Been going to them for over 3 years, Had a chipped tooth, just needed them to smooth off the rough edge. Dentist Dr. Lee said she could not do it, only thing that could be done is maybe a crown, but only if she removed the next tooth back and my 1 wisdom tooth (which there is nothing wrong with the wisdom tooth). and no guarantee the crown can be put on. may have to remove chipped tooth anyway. This is BS. and I still have the sharp edge.
