What a horrible experience! I scheduled a day off on Tuesday, 04/10/2018. On the visit it was determined that I needed a root canal, and would need to go to an outside Endodontic for this treatment, then return to Aspen for the crown. The only day the Endodontic had open was the Friday 04/13/2018 at 11am. Got my partial in May, 2017. Two teeth fell out today. I'M devastated. I've had a piece of plastic that wasn't smoothed and now this. Can't get a hold of anyone, seems their emergency operators are on break.

I sat in the lobby for a couple of hours, way past my appointment time. I just wanted my dentures adjusted to fit better. Once I got in the back, I continued to wait longer. Then she would not tightened my dentures! She wanted me to get a whole new denture, so she could make more money! My whole day was wasted. Never again will I go back!

IN all my years of regularly going to dentists this was the most obnoxious experience. I was there for a first visit . I was there for 1.5 hours and saw the dentist for 5-10 minutes. This is NOT the kind of dental practice that I am accustomed to.I was treated like I was just someone walking in that they could make money from. Dental care and Human interaction was secondary. I doubt very much that this dentist would visit an office like this herself.

The dentist was cool. Their entire staff, except for one hygenist, was racist though.
Nice people . they took me in immediately with no appointment and were a big help in finding my gum infection problem.

Good free initial exam but then the up-sell starts. I went in for a $73 cleaning and left with a $450 treatment plan.. I did have one cavity but still.....
Very professional staff, timely and thorough. 1st and last visit to Aspen Dental! I absolutely do not like the business model they operate by. I'm from out of town and just wanted a cleaning. The price is a joke. I will gladly keep my home town Dentist! Thanks for the tooth brush and floss.
I think it was great that they took exrays at no cost, although the prices where to high for me.
