RecommendedI had an accident at 16 lost my top teeth and got dentures. Now I am almost 80 and just went to get new dentures( pair number6) Aspen was amazing, my dentures broke and could not be fixed. They made me a perfect denture inONE DAY. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best.

I loved how welcoming everyone was. Even the reminder texts were great. The equipment was state of the art amazing. Manny, the Dental Assistant made me feel at ease letting me know in advance everything that was going to happen. Dr. Gardner was professional and efficient while still being warm and friendly. We agreed on a treatment plan that included gum treatment, Invisalign, and a denture device. Leanne, the Hygienist explained my gum treatment plan. Your overpriced fees. I am 74 years old, a Vietnam veteran of 7years, living on social security. l cannot afford $4000+ for dental work.
Wait time was way too long I had an appointment and it took at least 30 minutes before they could see me. All I wanted to know was the price for relining my dentures and I couldn't get an answer without going to the whole procedure. should have took 5 minutes maximum. All the dentist had to do was take a look and say whether they could have done it or not and I knew they could. But in the end the price they quoted me was just astronomical . Mexico here I come!

Your office charged my 82-year-old mother over $1000 for an upper plate (after advertising $399) and the plate broke in less than a year. She called you and you told her that her warranty had expired (you gave her 6 months). Really??? 6 months after paying over $1000. All you could offer was to repair or replace at her cost. Outrageous! She has taken it to another dentist who advised it was made way too thin, so this is why it was breaking. How dare you take advantage of an elderly woman like this.
