Absolutely ridiculous company. A few months ago, I scheduled an EMERGENCY appt at another office and they called to reschedule at a later date. When I explained what an emergency meant, they sent me to this office. Service was fine, but they double billed me, and it took 6 phone calls to correct. Now I make a check up appt for today, and they never put me on the schedule. I will not, and don't recommend that anyone else, waste their time with this joke of a dentist office.

Quit spamming by text, eamils and phone calls, 5 or 6 messages per appt is stupid!

It is very clean nice place for staff is excellent I was treated very good. I went in with a toothache that I was told required a root canal. They said no problem we can do it. But then they said no their specialist that comes in wouldn’t except my dental plan and with all of everything they did they told me it would be about $4000 to fix my teeth so that is my concern I think they’re very expensive I came out with the toothache not having had anything done but a little prodding around in Polking.

I contacted Aspen Dental regarding a dental emergency, a broken front tooth. Seemed quite straightforward. I did not think it unusual for X-rays, but this examination continued for almost 90 minutes, 30 of which I spent (alone) in the examination chair looking at a screen of my x-rayed teeth. When I was finally called to review my pricing options, I was told that all the work I needed done would cost me $15K but my insurance would cover $1500 of it. It was very disappointing that they want two thousand dollars just for a cleaning it’s really crazy that they wouldn’t even consider helping Deal with the pain they may offer free exams and x-raysBut after that everything is very expensive and if you’re in pain forget it they want to clean your teeth instead of Doing dental work to get you out of pain then we didn’t even get the x-rays oh they said they would email them because since they were free we figured that saving going through more radiation to get more done at least... read more

I was looking for a new dentist and i called for an appointment. I told them I just needed a cleaning. When I got there they insisted on taking xrays. I told them I just saw a dentist 5 months ago and xrays were taken then. The dentist said i had no cavities and was doing a great job of brushing my teeth. I will say all staff members were great and helpful. Situation - partial filling came out on a saturday, I patched it until i could be seen on a monday to repair it. 1. Because i mentioned pain throughout my mouth (ghost pains) on the day the incident happened and ran a toothbrush across it to clean my teeth prior to finding a emergency clinic open (not until monday unfortunately) and the bristles touched the inside nerves..ouch!!
