I waited over an hour to be seen and was in an empty waiting room, not one employee was even in the front of the office for a good 30 minutes or so. I was sent here by my employer to see if I was eligible to be sent to Afghanistan and to make sure I would not have a dental medical emergency in 12 months or less (the length of my contract overseas). Aspen Dental is NOT a good organization! The physician never said hello to me, he opened with, "well, it looks like you need to make some decisions... financial" (because I needed a couple of different expensive things done). It went downhill from there. When I decided to go with getting my tooth pulled as my first option, I asked was nervous about getting a shot. I asked if he was good at giving shots. Have appointment February 26h to get top denture and bottom partial, The staff so far has been great. I will be able to say more after the 26th. Won't lie I AM SCARED TO DEATH!!!

DON'T GO HERE! The dental assistants were really nice, but the hygienist told me my cleaning would be two separate visits and cost $150 after insurance. The dentist was not clear at all and seemed completely uninterested in explaining things to me. He said I needed to get rid of the retainer I've had for five years, but when I asked how, he shrugged. I asked if dental implants would be a solution and he said he wouldn't even talk about that without a CT scan, even though my X-rays showed plenty of info. He said I would need ... read more

I went in for x-rays, exam and cleaning. They came up with close to $1500 in things I "should" have done. They would not do the cleaning until I did all the other expensive things. I took the x-rays, went to another dentist and he said nothing is wrong. None of those things need to be done...and he proceeded with the cleaning. Seeking a 2nd opinion saved me over $1000. Beware of Aspen Dental off Wilmot in Tucson.

Wilmot & Broadway location:. This place was much better under Dr. Garner..Dr. John was very non-chalant and seemingly no caring for my concerns. Can't help but to think this office is more about the money than the dental care.

I was one of those individuals who sadly had suffered at the hands of some dentist; nevertheless I found Aspen Dental. I was treated from the very beginning with respect, love, and kindness. Beginning with the receptionist and all the others in attendance especially the Dentist, Doctor Lee who made the procedure smooth, painless and displayed caring and compassion. Very appreciative! Very unhappy about making the decision to go to this place. It seems to be all about the money and sales of products. Not looking forward to going back and the pain coming just to finish what he started.
