I was absolutely appalled at the service that I received today. Everything was Fine until they got to the point where the Dentist came in. He was incredibly tactless. Very harsh and not warm. Instead of talking about positive things everything was negative. He spent about 30 seconds poking around in my mouth. And his diagnosis was that I have gingivitis. Advertises as location to acquire denture repair. Appointment scheduling was easy and great However once you arrive you are automatically up charged additional fees over the simple repair. Supposed mandatory exam and evaluation were both frankly unnecessary and costly given the circumstances of the individual I brought in. Disappointed that we were not allowed to simply send the denture directly into their lab for what was a very quick and simple repair. Felt over serviced and overcharged. The visit was okay! Dj the radiologist tech was so nice and The front desk receptionist was professional! Elizabeth the manager was professional and super helpful! I went in for a exam so they could see if they could remove my wisdom tooth. The Doctor told me it was infected and I needed to get it out ASAP! I was upset that he really didn’t talk to me as much in regards to my tooth, he was comparing me to a 72 yr old and other patients but nothing about my tooth! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! ALL THIS STARTED ON 8/9 I WAS GETTING A FULL SET OF DENTURES MADE. THE TOP BEING REPLACED AND A NEW BOTTOM. THE FIRST TIME AROUND, THE TRY IN WAS WRONG. THE MIDLINE OFF. THEY FIXED IT SO i GAVE THE GO AHEAD TO MAKE THE DENTURE. GET THE DENTURE AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT DID BEFORE. THE MIDLINE OFF AND LOOKED LIKE I WAS MISSING A SIDE TOOTH.
