My visit to Aspen Dental was amazing! I have a very bad phobia when it comes to dentists. Dr Williams and his staff made sure I was comfortable at all times. I appreciate Dr Williams taking the time to explain everything and answering all my questions. I'm ready now to move forward with all the dental care I'm in need of with confidence. I would certainly refer someone to Dr Williams.
RecommendedI've had a wonderful experience so far but today was very impressive. After the office was hit by a tornado, your first concern was to get in touch with your patients and get us in to different offices. I appreciate you all always going above and beyond to take care of me. I'm glad this didn't happen when you were open and people could've been hurt. Hope you're able to reopen soon!

I have a horrible gag reflex and the person who took my xrays was so patient and kind. The dental hygienist was warm and personable and the doctor was very thorough and explained my options without putting any pressure on me. My problem was finances. I was told Aspen Dental was out of network for Tricare. When I checked on the Tricare site I saw that Aspen Dental does take Tricare Delta Dental. Being elderly I am reluctant to take on any debt and feel anxious that I have to finance such a huge bill.
Dr Alex is great.Will definitely keep him as my dentist.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday by Dr. Alexander Williams and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had with a business of any kind. From the moment you walk in the front desk, receptionist, dental assistants, to the Dr himself, all were exceptional!
