Do NOT go to Aspen Dental in BA - they are very rough with you and rush you in like cattle!! They didn’t even smooth out a filling that I had done! Charged almost $3000 and then had the nerve to try to charge even more! Totally ridiculous!!!

I have been dealing with Aspen dental now for 18 months. I had all my upper teeth pulled in Dec of 2021 . Then waited for 8 months to do my Inplants . Which 2 worked and 2 failed… I have tried on numerous accounts to contact the office . But continue to get the run around. Something needs to happen ASAP . Or I will have to start leagal proceedings. All I want is for some one to talk to me about this bullshit.🤬🤬 . .

Had a molar pulled. It sucked but the dentist was kind. She stopped when it hurt and gave additional meds. I would recommend this place.

Started off loving this facility. Felt like I could trust them, and they were on top of the job. Until I went back in for my teeth cleaning today and found out that wasn't the case. The office Manager Barbie completely lied to me about my "estimate" for my fillings. I was not given an option as to what kind of filling, and then was given one that they know my insurance doesnt cover because NO insurance covers it. Very disappointed with this company, they will lie right to your face. Their free new customer check up will result in a 170 dollar bill. It looks like aspen dentals copy of the dictionary defines “free” in an entirely different way then the rest of the population. I called in and set up an appointment for a cleaning, was told on the phone it would cost 250 for a cleaning. The staff does not understand billing or insurance. Per their site the take my insurance however when I went to the office they weren't' sure then when I went back for my appointment they said they did not take it but would take my other insurance I paid the amount they said I owed after they billed this insurance however then I was asked do you want a copy of your bill they were surprised when I said yes I do not believe they charged me correctly and their lack of knowledge regarding billing and insurance was very concern... read more

I scheduled an appointment for a free consultation this morning at 8:15. I arrived and wasn't greeted by the most friendly staff, and was told that I'm not really on their schedule since it's an "emergency toothache" and I haven't had an appointment for weeks like everyone else... so there would be a wait. I love this place. Everyone is so kind. The receptionist it's pretty dang funny. The third time here in 2 weeks and strangely enough I'm not scared any more.
