My daughter and I waited over an hour for her checkup before letting the receptionist know we were leaving. I had arrived early with all paperwork filled out and in my hand as well as even having a copy of my insurance. Because no one in the office was even apologetic, I went ahead and cancelled the other 3 appointments I had scheduled for my family in December. I have NEVER had to wait that long for a non-emergency appointment at a dentist. Very bad first impression.
absolutely horrible. Drilled the wrong tooth, no pain relief, charged the the wrong tooth AND the one they had to fix. Nurse was inappropriate, too. (Oh, but the worst is the patient continue to give them MY email address instead of their OWN. and continue to ask"how they did" Hope this helps.....verify their email and yske me off your list) (None of this is true as I've never BEEN to Aspen Dental, but whomever you got who ggsve you my email address has)
Receptionist was very rude loved the dentist but the lady up front was very rude

They were wonderful. The staff made you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The staff was great, so polite and respectful. I will be telling everybody about they and how helpful they are. I don't like going to dentist but I will be using them every time I need to see one now.
