Typical Veterans Affairs referral sent me here since I have Delta Dental Insurance through them. A dentist that I will leave unnamed but who is fortunately leaving their practice at the end of the month left me in terrible pain. I sat in the chair for over fifty minutes waiting for the doc to come into the room to look at the work he had done a week prior. They were disrespectful to my mother and lied multiple times about having her implant done. She had to pay in full in December and now it’s February and has nothing!! She can’t even eat!! Do not recommend them at all!!!
This place is an absolute joke and money trap. They lure you in with the promise of a free consultation and low cost procedures but try to make you pay $300 before leaving, give you a treatment plan that costs thousands of dollars and send you bills for services they never did! Please do your research before seeing this dentist or stepping foot in any Aspen Dental. They have horrible reviews, pending lawsuits and this particular dentist, Joby Collins is not legally able to give gas for a reason!
Per my Fiancé Nathan McClure Had my tooth pulled today and it was the most difficult Time I have ever had getting a tooth pulled. Got it pulled about 1245 and at 1 they were closing was told that my pain medicine got sent to my pharmacy and I left! To be honest, I liked Aspen dental Tupelo for two years. Then I ran into a problem where I chipped a tooth on a Thursday afternoon. I called Aspen dental they got me in the next morning, I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately after that is when things started going downhill. I went to Aspen several times in 2019 and paid the portion they said the insurance would not cover. The next year they sent me a bill for the full amount saying insurance did not cover anything. This place is a complete scam from my experience.
