Got an appointment right away because I am in exquisite pain. Spent three hours there, getting Xrays and measurements, and exams... all to sell me a $12,000 "treatment plan." Nothing done to relieve my profound pain, no prescription, no nothing. Still in agony and drinking all my meals because it hurts to chew anything. Not going back - ever.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After my first consultation, they never contacted me to set up and appointment. After myself and my wife REPEATEDLY called them, leaving messages, sending emails, my wife finally had to go in to the office personally to set up an appointment. I get the appointment schedule a day work, and then call me to reschedule. this has been going on for weeks now. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I was told I can walk-in for an emergency visit TODAY. Upon arrival, I was told by “Daphne” to grab a mask (there were not even any in stock) so I told her there were no more and she grabbed more.
