Worst place I’ve ever been too! First off they lie about how much it’s gonna be just to get you in there. They schedule so many appointments you sit in there all day! Oh and the music they have blaring in the back is so unprofessional! Had a appointment at 10:30 which I have a infection and need to seen. My daughter has a cancer appointment and I asked if I could be out by 12 and she said yes which is a lie I just left and didn’t get seen! So now I have to go pay someone else to look at my mouth! Never again!

First things first, the appointment was at Noon. Was not even taken back to the exam room until almost 1:30. That is unacceptable. Also, on the treatment plan there was a line " Oral B toothbrush " I would prefer that they talk about this and not just assume that I will do whatever is on the plan. I do realize there is a bit of work to be done, but they are still recommending "deep cleanings " ?? Not too sure.

The people we're great but I got turned away because of credit and my teeth have caused me to lose 35 pounds. They need pulled.. I offered to do a payment plan and was denied. What a waste of time. And to top it off, they broke my front tooth while doing x-rays.
They are very expensive & i was there almost 4 hours just to get an exam. I wont be going back there.
SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. the people were nice and the doctors were friendly however Aspen Dental company only cares about money and not the customers. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. ALSO DONT ACCEPT THE TOOTHBRUSH. ITS $200 CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT THAT THEY JUST “give away”.
Appointment was at 945 am was asked to be there early for paper work got there at 930am did not get called back til 1100am told them repeatedly i had work at 1200 noon. Only went was because i was told they financed cheap dentures. It was 1155 before i even met with office manage. Price of dentures....$4000......financing.....Denied.....huge waste of time and i missed work.

This place is way more concerned with meeting their business plan than helping people. Worst treatment I have ever had. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
They do NOT stand behind their services! I have paid them over 5, 000. 00 and my stuff still isn't right!!! A I asked them to do was remake them!! And the dentist dropped me as a patient!!! So like I said they lie just enough to get your money!! DO NOT TRUST THE OFFICE MANAGER SHE IS THE ONE THAT CONCEIVED US TO GET THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONES!! I will never use these people again!!
