The worst customer service and attitude I have ecer experienced at a dental office or facility. If I could leave zero stars I would. For starters today I showed up at my appointment and it was not in their system, after I had spent days trying to change it because they never answer their phone. I had an extraction done this morning and the dentist said she would prescribe both Clindamycin and a pain killer. Dentures did not fit properly after many adjustments asked for a refund and left the new dentures with DR GRIGORYAN and his assistant met with office manager signed for the refund got my refund three weeks later which was great until I started receiving letters telling me I need to return dentures that they already have now I am being billed for them . They were supposed to forward my x-rays and chart to my dentist and when I called in they couldn't tell me if they had my release form and said they sent it to "corporate" however they couldn't check with "corporate" to see if "corporate" had it and they said they didn't have a phone number for corporate. Really? I don't believe my dentist will ever receive it.Â

know it’s a big corporation but Aspen dental is the biggest joke. I have gone in there before for a scheduled appointment and have even received a reminder about my appointment and they have told me that I have no appointment. Today I went in for a cleaning and they told me I needed to have x-rays and that wasn’t scheduled so I have to come back. Why would you schedule me in for just a cleaning if I needed x-rays? Worst company ever.Â

Incompetent desk staff! Keeps drop offs held hostage in their office till the patient is done. Will not allow the drop off ride to leave the building. NOT FAIR!! I will NEVER use this place or recommend them to anyone!!!Â
Do Not go there. I had a root canal mid May. My mouth is still numb and still waiting for the crown to arrive at their office. It’s been a nightmareÂ
