Staff and Dentist were great. I only go to the Dentist when its absolutely necessary, but when the time comes.....I'll be switching to Aspen.

Called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my wife it was very important to get her in she is pregnant!! So the appointment was for the 4 of January I was informed the day of her appointment was canceled because they said they didn’t get a confirmation call that we were still coming now. I just started coming here, everyone seems nice but I’ve had a 4 appointments and 3 of them have gotten pushed to a different time or day. I got a call the day before an appointment I set up, already paid for weeks ago, and was told that since someone else has already verbally confirmed at that time and that I need to reschedule. Scheduled an emergent appointment the day prior. Show up for appointment and it’s been canceled due to no verbal acknowledgment. My husband looked back at his call log and never even received a phone call after I scheduled the appointment. Took time off work for nothing.
Obviously they don’t even know how to make an appointment for someone!
They assured me that after my teeth were all extracted that I would have my dentures and my smile back WITHIN 2 weeks. After extraction on May 25th they gave me no follow-up appointment. I called them MYSELF today, June 1st, and was given an appointment on June 15th!!! I needed this DONE within 2 weeks from extraction! They assured me that would be the case before they extracted, but now they won't deliver on that assurance!!! I'm a musician and I sing in public!!! Told our ins agent we would be covered ,told us we would be covered.was told to arrive early then ignored in the parking lot while they had a party.After nearly 2 hours was told our ins wasnt accepted after all,,I would never reccomend them to anyone
