This place is a scam. My sister went through all the preop appointments, had her x-rays and extraction scheduled. They required us to prepay for her dentures and the extraction WEEKS before thre appointment. Then the DAY BEFORE her appointment they called and cancelled. They said she will now have to go to an oral surgeon to get them taken out. THE DAY BEFORE. They said we could pick up her dentures though. They were all ready and non refundable. I called just now and told them I had chipped a front tooth last night late. The girl who answered the phone told me they had nothing available to fix my emergency!!! I had been there before and it was not on my plan!!! Did not know a chipped tooth that just happened last night could be on a plan. They advertise emergency service and if that is not an emergency what is? I think it is false advertisement, how about you? Wish I knew how to get a hold oof corporate to report this!!!

Had an apt for 3 PM waited an hour to be seen. Was seen but they didn't know why? Was all of 5 min with provider. Have had new dentures since last of June and cannot wear them. Have apt for 9 June and if they don't fix can refund the $1050. that I paid.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. 3 different fittings for 1 crown. Done a filling on another one. Instant tooth ache, by the time I got home. Went back for tooth ache. No xrays no numbing. They Grind the tooth down. Said it was to tall ,causing pressure. Told them it felt worse before leaving there. Tooth ache was so bad over nite, I couldn't sleep at all. First thing next morning, I called dr Hawkins and she squeezed me in between patients. After xrays and a visual exam. She said the nerve was exposed. Where they ground i... read more

My daughter paid over 700.00 for her dentures that she had to wait almost 3 weeks for. Her appointment was on December 19th . After sitting there for her appointment she asked why she hasn't been seen yet when all she was waiting on was to pick them up. She was only then advised they can't find them and promised to call as soon as they did. Two days later ( today ) i had to leave a message asking why no one has called yet. Here we are 2 1/2 hours past leaving the message and no return call as of yet ! Mind you they are paid ... read more

I'm only giving one star because I can't give 0. I scheduled my free exam for today at 9:15. I got there early and filled out all the papers. Then I sat in the waiting room for one hour listening to an old lady playing an annoying game on phone even though there is a sign that says to turn your phone to silent. Then 4 people who showed up at least 30 minutes after me got called back while I was still waiting. I went to the front desk and told the lady I was leaving and why. Got there at 9am. Appt at 915am. By 10am there had been at least 4 people who came in 30 mins after us get called in before us so we left. All they could say was sorry. Had no reason for why. Wont be back very unprofessional.
