After loosing faith in dentistry because of my previous experience with another dentist, the Aspen staff truly restored it. Everyone on the staff was friendly, understanding, compassionate and reassuring! The level of customer service was just extraordinary. They took the time to explain and educate me on everything that was going on during my visit and what to look forward to on my visits to come. had my first visit there today. I went in today to schedule a appointment for a later date for getting teeth pulled and getting dentures. they were able to get me in today and find the best treatment plan for me everyone was great. answer all my questions. looking forward to have you guys doing the work for me Tue
I went in for a routine check up after work this week. Facility was very clean and staff is very friendly, which is always nice since the dentist is not everyone’s favorite thing to do. What I thought was going to be a cleaning though only turned out to be only an hour consult, which was disheartening since I will have to go back again now. All the staff was amazing knowledgeable and beyond helpful and friendly. Matt took his time and saw my need. He and the staff exceeded my expectations and made my problem look easy. I am visiting from out of town and had a tooth emergency. They expeditiously handled my concern and Made my day.
