RecommendedI showed up as a walk-in with a dental emergency. I fractured my front tooth and was anxious/worried about leaving with a missing front tooth. Not only did they care, they also made sure I was comfortable and had a front tooth to leave with. They made arrangements for me at the General Booth location, immediately, to achieve this as they didn’t want to rush. unprofessional staff, had to wait more than half an hour everytime when I have an appointment. today, went there for my appointment then waited for an hour to tell me if i could reschedule. wasted my time just to wait for nothing. what's the point of my appointment, they should just call me to reschedule my appointment but i had to show up there and waited for so long to reschedule. bad service. never going back again
I went complaining of a toothache Had xrays understandable. Told everything that was wrong with my teeth with a breakdown to $1600 smh How about my toothache ?? Was there for 2 hrs lost time from work. You might have state of art equipment and computers how abt patient care. When you have to to see 4 people with nothing done for what you came In for is really sad

The staff at Red Mill is fantastic! They are compassionate and personable. Dr. Phaup is awesome! I would highly recommend them! The Towne Center location is much less desirable. They could use some customer service training. I will never go there again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful but the pricing for work if you have no insurance is ridiculous they told me 11,000 for my work but my mouth isn’t that bad
