I called & made the appointment. However, Aspen Dental cancelled the rescheduled appointment every time. I get there for a cleaning. They are taking x-rays and no cleaning. I have to make another appointment to get a cleaning. So, I do. I go to the cleaning appointment. They tell me I owe money. I made sure that Aspen Dental accepted my dental insurance without any issues. However, I have gotten charged for things that my insurance covers. Had an appointment yesterday and it was an awful experience. Felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in and the staff just made it worse. Felt like a factory assembly line. Very cold and impersonal. Would never go back to aspen dental

The place is dishonest. They advertise a fast inhouse denture lab, but actually send out your dentures and took two weeks to get them. I was overcharged because they said my insurance would pay less than it actually did. They did not return my overpayment. I called their payment person 5 times who is never available and never returns your call. I finally had to do a charge back with my credit card company to try to get my money back. So I finally got my records from this office when a new employee started after trying to obtain them for over two months. I saw my new dentist Tuesday, who has multiple degrees including credentials for DDS. I do no have gum disease nor gingivitis nor do I need my gums clean. Most of my numbers were 1-2s just like at my last dentist in Austin, Texas. I was in and out after my regular cleaning (which Aspen Dental refused to do) at no charge. Absolute total scam. I went here to simply get my teeth cleaned and a crown. Instead they took a million x rays and tried to upsell me on a procedure that would've been thousands of dollars. They literally have a sales/financing room. I just went to my dentist six months ago when I had insurance and he never mentioned ANY of this after taking extensive x rays as well. I ended up just walking out. Do not go here, complete scam.

All of the staff were great and really nice but, you know it's a bad sign when the dentist has a special financing room that they sit you in to negotiate your teeth like a used car dealership. This place wanted $2500 with insurance for a procedure that should cost around $750 without insurance. Save your time this place is truly as predatory as their google search results would have you believe.
