Adorn Dental was great. Making the initial appointment was easy. They were able to identify my insurance without having to look it up, though they double checked at my request. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They had a great finance program. Today, I had my broken front teeth repaired. They look like new! I'm so happy. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
Previously I have had bad experiences with dentists. Was told of Aspen Dental Waltham, and gave it a try. It took a lot of courage to walk through that door, but am so glad I did. Dr. Z is simply amazing, and puts you at ease. Allison, dental assistant, is very comforting with a "personality plus". RecommendedI went yesterday. I sat in awe at that professionalism. My dental assistant, Brianna was a model of what her profession would be.This practice is so proficient with computer data going to finance dept to help with figuring out treatment plans cost. I am on Social Security but with the interest free 18 month plan, am going to be able to get everything done and there is much to be done. The point is, you are taken care of. Was Charged 60$ for a free annual health check. Also,I was asked to re-schedule my appointment due to some conflict at their end.

Lost my medical files and heard them talking about it. Recommend services that you do not need. Not communicative with customers.
It's a complete scam. Don't go!! I went in for a check up and cleaning and after they did xrays and the check-up, they refused to do my cleaning and said I have to have a consultation first and come back for a cleaning. During the consultation they said I had an active gum infection and that I needed a deep cleaning with antibiotics which would cost me $220 more than my insurance would cover. They refused to do a regular cleaning, although they were submitted a check-up and cleaning to my insurance. I've since been to a real... read more
