BEWARE I got a lower denture done here for 400.00. The denture broke in half in just over a year they fixed it. Then in 10 months it broke again same spot but now they want 199.00 to fix it. There product has broken twice in about two year poor workman ship and cheap product. If you like throwing money away then you are in the right place. I just canceled my next appointment with aspen. last visits I was advised to go to a specialist. found one. I was told that aspen would not email my numerous x-rays to the specialist without my consent, that I would have to go in person. I went, filled out a form. and they HANDED me my x-rays. they did not email em to the specialist as asked. when I left the office, I looked at what they handed me, the -xrays were 2 years old. They tend not to return calls and have major difficulties scheduling.
Got 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The surgery was fast and smooth. But the way they handle the billing is mistrustful. I originally visited the Waltham office at which the dentist said my 4 wisdom teeth need to be extracted. They said the surgery will be done in Quincy office and gave me a quote for the surgery fee at Quincy office, which i agreed upon. The people were professional but the plan is fearsomely expensive. I've had very bad dentists in the past, and it is hard to trust them. The dentist wants to shave off part of my upper jaw in order to make an easier fit for the uppers. The plastic can't be molded to fit my jaw? I have to shave my jaw to accommodation dentures? Won't do it. I am permanently angry at the dental world. Even good dental insurance doesn't cost much. Nothing satisfies.
I went to Aspen Dental to get a second opinion on the dentures, that were done in the different ofiice, and was not really happy with them. So they gave full explanation and very good advise about my issue.
