cancelled my appointment leaving my hanging... apparently they have one dentist in the whole office?
My son went there, dentist was obviously inexperienced and he had a horrible experience, was told they billed the entire procedure upfront to his insurance, now he went back to complete the procedure, they wanted an additional $3500 upfront. He walked out....I told him to go somewhere else.
Absolutely the worst decision of my life to step foot into this Corporate dentist office. The hygienist is awesome, every other aspect from pricing- billing- treatments- follow-up, the dentist herself- ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! Beware of the this place if you are looking for a family style dentist- Aspen is not this.
Long wait times poor customer service. I sat in pain u necessary for 4 days. The office manager should be fired. I was told on Friday morning at 9 that I would have to wait till 6 pm and call the emergency number to get a different script I do that nobody calla back 4 times!!!!! Saturday I call again voice my frustration and someone calls back from Virginia. Says she can't help me and they are not allowed to prescribe anything over the phone. My experience at Aspen Dental sucked!!! I went to my first appointment with one dentist, who gave a recommendation of services and said that all could be done at one time. At the next appointment, a different dentist, who apparently did not review my files from the 1st visit, was surprised that I had scheduled multiple procedures on the same day.
