RecommendedHad to change my post since the last one was asked to post since she “helped me” which in fact they didn’t. They caused a 2 year long infection in my mouth. Scheduled an emergency appointment for my husband. he goes in and they prod and poke at his broken tooth that's already hurting to stop and say okay see you in 3 weeks we arent going to fix this today. why did I even bother scheduling an EMERGENCY appointment?! are you kidding me?

RecommendedI was happy that a dental office in waycross ga take my dental plan so I didn’t have to go out of town.I had to wait around 45 min after my appointment time no big deal she said it was slow down due to a patient nothing is clockwork they came in and told me the price of my procedure no misunderstandings far as pricing hadn’t compared with all the local Denises they was very pleasant and did not mind answering my questions I have a appointment next month satisfied so far.

Waycross Aspen Dental has the Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!
If I could I would give them a negative 5 stars Bait & Switch I Looked them up on my insurance called the Valdosta office and was told they were in network for my insurance but couldn't see me till next week. So I called the Waycross office (which is also listed on my insurance) They scheduled me for an appointment the next day but couldn't verify they wer in network for my insurance and I should call Humanna.
