I've never had a worse experience at a dentist. Crowns were placed (an awful, painful experience ,by the way) when I actually needed root canals. The dentist did a temp root canal without even asking or telling me what she was doing to "fix it". Over a year later I finally had the funds to get the root canals corrected by a specialist. Now the 1 year old ,very expensive crown has chipped. There's a giant crack through it and it's going to fall off. I sent this message to the "Patient Satisfaction Team" and never received a response, so now I am making it public:
Went in pain and left in even worse pain! The dr didnt numb me enough and continued to try to pull my tooth. Finally gave in and numbed me more not very well i might add. Waited like 5 min not long enough for the medicine to take full effect tryed agian to pull it. UNSUCCESSFULLY! Then the rx she writes witch were two narcotics she didnt put her numbers on the script so i couldnt get them filled . this was a friday.
