No one ever answers the phone in case you need to reschedule-cancel an appointment,I waited over 45 minutes to be seen by someone and they are quick on over charging you without explaining what exactly each thing costs.
Literally the worst dentist I have ever been to. DONT GO HERE!
Do not go here its a butcher shop to say the least!! The staff is rude and the dentist are not properly educated. Run!
Absolutely terrible. Husband needed a root canal and was given a crown. They said he may or may not need one. Had a temp crown placed and was still in pain. Dentist said once the real crown was on his pain should be gone. Well the pain was twice as bad after they put the new crown on. He clearly saw his tooth was infected and neglected to fix it. Waited more than an hour in the lobby for our first visit (exam). Once we got in the service was good but now we have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment for a cleaning.
Went to have my teeth clean in middle of clean the hygienist stop cleaning and told me I had to make another appointment. At checkout I was told that I would not be bill for another appointment few weeks later I got a bill for $50.00.
Dr wasn't very good made my tooth worse when i called the next day was told they couldn't do anything till my next visit which i cancelled and found a better dentist
