I'm so glad I gave this place a chance . The front desk treated me so nice . The guy who did my X-ray was very respectful. After that , they checked my teeth and explained me with so much detail . Also the dentist who did the extraction of my wisdom tooth was nice and respectful , the assistant was also very kind and helpful . I felt taken care of. I highly recommend this place .

I went to the office the other day to adjust my retainer, the technician Mr. Erick Luciano did an amazing job assisting me and explained the proper care. He attended me quickly and kindly. Would recommend his services to anyone who goes to this office! Thank you Mr. Luciano for your help!

Dr Salomon was great in restoring a tooth that most would have given up on. The assitants and the whole staff were very professional and put me at ease duirng the whole process.

I went to Aspen Dental for an implant. They never got prior approval from my insurance and I had to pay thousands of dollars. They then said I need a deep cleaning. My insurance company said my responsiblity was $130, which I paid. Now Aspen is billing me again for the $130 I already paid. I have been explaining to them that I paid this and sent them copies of my credit card payments. Today I got I call they are sending me to collectons. BEWARE OF ASPEN DENTAL!!!!!

The dentist and hygienist were exceptional. However, the billing department, not so much. I was charged $130 for procedures my insurance company stated I was responsible for. I paid the total amount. The next month I was sent another bill for the same procedures. I was told they applied the money to other procedures not on the original bill. I called numerous times without any satisfaction. I will now get my insurance company involved. Not going back.

Avoid and support small local practices. Aspen does a bait and switch of scheduling you (I scheduled with a person not online) for a cleaning but are not transparent about their requirements before a cleaning and that the cleaning cannot be guaranteed at the first appointment, inflating charges to insurance. They also do not do any of the pre-appointment due diligence of understanding what would be covered and when things like xrays are due. Tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services I didn't need including a $130 toothbrush w/ a fake diagnosis. Will definitely report their unscrupulous practices to my insurance company as I'm certain fraudulent charges are coming. These shops are everywhere...check out their reviews on Trustpilot too. Be happy if you find a good dentist. I recommend Dr. RUDOW at Westchester Smiles in White Plains NY . All I let these frauds do were my X-rays (regrettably) but will be having those sent to Dr. RUDOW shortly.
