2 stars because I am a reasonable person, the service was great, I came in needing to remove my wisdom tooth and was able to get the service done within the same day. At the time I was waiting for my insurance and paid out pocket but was assured they would still be able to submit the claim to my insurance. This service was 1/26 it's now 6/24 and the claim hasn't even been processed by my insurance. the dental office did not submit the claim the first time, so in March I had to call them because my insurance claimed they neve... read more

i was very much looking forward to the opening here in White Plains. my mother is 94 and I wanted an extra pair of dentures. The prices advertised were very enticing the staff is exceptional. The facility is beautiful. However- when sitting with the manager we were offered a package with a 7 year warranty for over 4000 dollars. after refusal a 3000 plus package were offered. despite listing 4 different levels of dentures - this facility only offers the most expensive 2.
