They were very upfront with all their information. After having an issue with my insurance company, that was fixed a day later, they told me they would do my x-rays free of charge. I will advise them to bill my insurance on my next visit. They, also, printed out all my choices for future procedures showing the costs. I'm looking forward to my relationship with Aspen Dental.

I have had issues with my teeth for some time and two years ago I had a horrible experience that caused me a bit PTSD and anxiety. Well once again I am in the same position as a couples of years ago and someone else recommend that I call Aspen Dental. OMG, I wish someone would have give me this advice two years ago and I could have avoided what a went through with this other dentist. My first visit to Aspen Dental (Williston, VT) was Nov 2017 to fix a problem introduced by my previous dentist. I found the team to be very professional and caring about my issue and took care of the problem. Recently (Aug 2018) I went in for a cleaning with Jessi. She was very thorough, explained everything she was doing and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Aspen Dental (Williston, VT) and Jessi the hygienist.
