I was very pleased with my first ever visit to Aspen Dental, Very pleasant staff Except the one secretary I dealt with when was addressed upon entering, I am very happy that they took me right in and the lady taking ex-rays very patient and quick Jaime Theriault was absolutely wonderful and down to earth and made me feel so so much more comfortable I have many more visits to go but am much less nervous knowing they do all they can to make things as pleasant as possible
The staff is always very pleasant to each other as well as the patients. They have always treated me with dignity and respect and they seem genuinely concerned. I have only had one appointment conflict and it seemed thatchy made the appointment but somehow it was not showing on their schedule but all of the others were as they should be.
They really know what they are doing there. Best treatment at a dentist ever
When searching for a dentist for much needed work Aspen was more affordable and friendly than any other office I went to. My third visit I had a poor experience with a filling, I wasn't going to go back but did, and am glad. The dentist, assistants, and office staff have gone out of their way to make it right and each visit since has been smooth and pleasant. Both Dr Acone and Dr Gupta have been fabulous!
Love Dr Acone. He is a miracle worker. I recommend him to everyone because he took care of me the way I needed.
The whole team at Aspen Dental has been outstanding. A special "shout out" to Dr. Acone, one of the dentists. I have a huge fear of dentists and it took 3 tries to pull my teeth (my blood pressure kept spiking!). In the room with me I had Dr. Acone and 2 dental assistants, 1 to assist the dentist and 1 to hold my hand!!! I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
I hadn't been to a dentist in years. They made me feel very comfortable. It is a long wait between appointments, but reasonable rates. I would recommend them.
