I had an amazing experience with Dr. Johnson at Aspen Dental! I went in to get two teeth pulled and was honestly nervous, but Dr. Johnson made the whole process smooth, quick, and completely painless. I recently visited this dental office for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The dentist was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I will definitely be returning for future dental care. Highly recommend this dental office!

I had to take a minute to shout out Teana at Aspen Dental -- she is amazing! From the second I walked in, she made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. Normally, dental visits make me a little anxious, but her attitude, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. She explained everything clearly, kept checking in to make sure I was okay, and honestly just had great energy the whole time. I had to find a dentist after what Dr. Andrew Kelly did to me. ( his office was in winston salem and greensboro) Coming here, It was a whole different atmosphere then Dr Andrew Kelly's office. I wished I would of came here first. The ladies are amazing and friendly. The office looks amazing. I did not have to wait long at all and it was easy to make an appointment. If you need dental work I suggest you check this office out!

I had an appointment today checked in , The receptionist explained their would be a 5.86 charge I agreed I get to back get half way done the lady that was working on my mouth says it will be a 189$ to complete full mouth I ask why wasn't this explained in the beginning she leaves comes back with a nasty attitude as if I didn't have right to ask bout my cheddar I told her I didn't like her tone how she was addressing me and she refuses to finish the job I paid for . My husband is disabled and on Medicaid. We were referred to Aspen by family members. He is in need of dentures for top and bottom. He made an appointment about a month ago , one day before appointment they called to tell him that they do not accept Medicaid. He was disappointed and I am furious.
