Arrived for three separate appointments to the doors being locked. Had confirmation texts and emails for all three appointments. The last one was it for me. Arrived early to doors being locked and staff members just staring at me through the glass refusing to come to door to see that I did have confirmation on phone as well as appointment card given to me when i made the appointment, pretty much just flapping their arms and waving me away.. also flicking lights on and off. The work they perform is equivalent to a Hack. I would not use there services if you paid me.

It's a chain, they make most of their money up-selling you on stuff you don't need. I prefer independent dentists. The corporate chains like to gouge you.

Looks like my experience is the same as everyone else. I do not recommend this office! I too was overcharged for root canal prep and crowns. This office is very difficult to get in touch with and sent wrong codes in to my insurance. I too would give them 0 stars if I could. A terrible experience !

I should've checked out the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. I had an urgent need to see a dentist and was thrilled to find an office who was willing to schedule an appointment so quickly, so I jumped on the opportunity, but the front office was super challenging to work with. They were nice, but impossible to get ahold of over the phone. Kept having to leave a message and then wait for a call back. Went in to check on cavities and instead they sold me on an very expensive periodontal treatment. I found out that they charge over a $1000.00 more than other dentist and so I canceled my appointment but was stupid enough to give a deposit in good faith of $597.00 half of my cost so they said. I now can't get my refund for services that I canceled do the over charging for same treatment offered by another dentist. They just lost a 3.5 million dollar lawsuit up in Maine. If I could give them a 0, I definitely would. I took my son in for a dental exam, and they said he had 10 cavities. Took him somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. He has ZERO cavities, and cavities do not just disappear. I had several procedures done and everytime I came in office they had a new charge of $90....everytime...come to find out it was some glitch with the system and they were charging quite a few people the same amount. I was told I owed NOTHING on my account. Almost a year later, a bill pops up in my mailbox ... read more

I wish I had the option to give them zero stars but 1 is as low as it goes so that's what they will get. I decided to try the free insurance that work started offering this year and boy, do you get what you pay for (nothing!) Prior to coming here I had been to 2 of the best dental offices in the area. Both has maintained my teeth with the best care available and I took care of every issue they found, so my mouth was in really good shape when I went there. My experience was mind blowing alright staff is friendly but besides that I have nothing more to say hour and a half for absolutely nothing. I got tired of waiting. I guess because I told them allergies I have is the insurance. I have no money for financing dental work. That's why they totally left me out here. Their staff talks about ideal dentist when they are not much better. Find a dentist that's cares.
