I have been trying to reach someone in the Winston office since Monday! It is now Thursday and after being told a prescription would be called in, it still hasn’t. I have requested for a regional manager to call me.. still waiting on that too!!! DO NOT TRUST them to do as they say or so offer you great service! Our first visit as a new patient as great, but everything after that has been a shit show! And always being blamed on being short staffed!

I was supposed to have an extraction this morning. Told them it hurt terribly. They said they were gonna test if I was numb. Told them it hurt. After three syringes of Novocain and a fair bit of screaming and panting on my part. They halfway pulled the tooth anyway before finally giving up. Said they’d give me a referral to a surgeon and a refund of my copay, didn’t even bother to give me a dr to call or a prescription for pain meds for the tooth they half pulled. I wish I had the option to give them zero stars but 1 is as low as it goes so that's what they will get.
