Aspen Dental is an extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I knew from my first visit that I wanted to come here regularly. The receptionist (I’m not sure his name) speaks to you soon as you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. HOWEVER! I’m assuming everyone knows this place is good because I had to wait an hour an a half after my scheduled appointment to be seen, and this was after I was told to come in early to do paperwork. They are super nice and very helpful. All of my questions were answered. Absolutely love the dentist Tracy Redden DMD. Felt really comfortable in the room watching TV while waiting. Highley recommend.

Everyone there was so wonderful, really a pleasure. They do a complete comprehensive exam and x rays. They go over everything that needs to be done with your teeth and mouth, very impressive. I also liked they have someone go through what needs to be done and how much it will cost, she was wondeful. They never pressured me and helped me fix my issue temporarily till can get to an oral surgeon. Was a great experience.

My experience here was wonderful! Dr Redden, Hayley, Jenny and Brian (front desk) and the finance people All extremely efficient and professional yet made me feel comfortable at all times. The negative comment person must have been at another office not this one.

Loved my experience with Aspen Dental in Winston Salem. All were extremely nice and attentive. The appointment was about what I wanted to be there for, not just a cleaning and go. I felt like they wanted to hear what I wanted to fix about my teeth and how to get me there. 10/10 recommend. Also, the owner Tracy Redden went above and beyond. So professional and personable to speak to.
