My son needs major surgery and had to have his teeth checked for any infection. he went to Aspen dental and there is no infection. however they want to do major work on his teeth that have no cavities and he said no. so they will not fill out the paperwork unless he has all the work done. who has major work done before surgery? that will cost $3500.? they are holding him hostage just to make some money. don't go to them.

John Mannelly and his assistant Cristy were the best. I had a very bad experience at Aspen Dental Lake Geneva Wi. and would recommend Woodstock, Il. any time. The office staff explains the charges perfectly, both hygienist are very professional, and the surgeon that handled my tooth extraction and prep work for my tooth implant was very kind. The absolutely worst dental office in town not to mention unprofessional THE ORAL SURGEON IS THERE ONCE A MONTH I WAITED A WHOLE MONTH TO GET A VERY PAINFUL TOOTH PULLED FOR THEM TO CALL ME 2 DAYS BEFORE AND SAY THE ORAL SURGEON WANT TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN ! And GUESS WHAT ANOTHER MONTH WAIT THEY ARE NO LONGER MY PRIMARY DENTIST OFFICE !!

Today the dentist treated me very poorly, as I was being an advocate for my friend. I'm embarrassed and ashamed I recommended Aspen. After his belittling, I claimed I wouldn't use Aspen Dental; he said "good, I don't want you to!"

If you want to go to a place that completely violates your privacy rights this is your place! Worst dental experience of my life and every single employee there needs to do better.
Awful and rude . 12 min late and refused to see me . I rush in after my last patient also . Being a doctor and trying to get in to schedule is already bad
stay away they are the worst ever
Over priced and high pressured. They weren't even aware of the $769 crown pricing on their own website until I showed them. Needed a crown and a few fillings repaired and a cleaning (they said a deep cleaning) they quoted me $3680.00! Unless you have great insurance or tons of money stay away from Aspen Dental.

This is the place to go.Had an emergency they got me in right away..Not only did they take care of my emergency.They went through my whole mouth found out what was wrong with my other teeth.The came up with a plan and affordable financing to fix my whole mouth.State of the art equipment.I was told when I asked how this place came to be.They are backed by CREST.Awsome place.I used to go to a family dentistry business.Not anymore ,Sorry be prepared to be impressed.
