I hate going to the dentist. The anxiety and long waits make it a dreaded thing I do just so I can still chew my food. I have been here twice, and I like it. They are efficient and friendly. I go in, I get what I need done and I get out. That's what I like and want in a dentist.

Just moved to a new city and my husband and I both needed to seek a new dentist. We saw ad on tv and made appointments for both of us back to back, the team was so wonderful and the help we recieved to help make payments was amazing. We were very happy with Aspen Dental and felt a sigh of relief to find such a wonderful place to go. Thank you Aspen and your team for helping us out every step of the way.

Once again I would like to thank Dr. Rosen Dimov, Norlee, Maria, Erica and all the stuff of Aspen Dental office in Yakima. Thank you, you saved me again! I have weak teeth and as long as I remember myself I always was scared of going to dental offices because of pain. This place is dishonest with care. They do not treat there patients nicely. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and confirmed they almost ripped me off for 2,000 bucks. Very dishonest business.

Friendly Doc but the exam felt rushed. Financial consultation reminded me of a car dealership.

They can’t seem to do scheduling. A dentist was kind of disciplining an associate in front of me. They got the impression mix all over my face and clothes and glasses. They had come back an hour later to get my current dentures. I had to unglue my mouth the first trip home because they failed to get it all out of my mouth. When I came back they were in a meeting for another hour. Then they took me back to do impressions again to figure out I didn’t need another impression done.
