Unfortunately, I have to report that this office always appears to be terribly dirty. It’s located in a strip mall on Main St., and fumes and crud blow in through their front door all day long. Further, I’ve witnessed them passing instruments and supplies from patient to patient without being sterilized. I’ve pointed out their negligence here, more than once, but they’ve persisted. I had a very difficult tooth extraction. Two of the dentists spent over a half an hour getting the tooth out. Finally came out in three pieces (and some chips). The dentist promised to send a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. I didn't even think about pain medication because I was numb from the novacaine, but once that wore off I was in excruciating pain because they had to work so hard to get my tooth out. They operate like a used car salesman. Went in for cleaning and after two visit and two hours I left as they kept trying to upsell their services
they told me on the phone that they would give me a free exam because i broke a tooth. and i sat for a half hour for them to refuse to help me
Check insurance before you bill people. I spent many days trying to get charges sent to my insurance so they could pay. Also, don't perform unnecessary procedures without checking with patient first. I won't be back.
