I called for a estimate was asked my name and then my email address (that was how they would get the estimate to me.) I said "thank you anyways" and good bye. I'm all for technology, but one thing will never change... I want complete verbal communication and a written estimate in hand. Worst experience I have ever had with a business. It was a waste of money and now I have to have another company take out my driveway and redo the job. Driveway addition asphalt paving

Showed up on time to give an estimate. Followed up on estimate. Showed up on time to remove old asphalt. Showed up on time to pave, did extra's at no charge, "well done". Driveway paved.

I called and left a message with a very pleasant woman, therefore the A for professionalism. I told her that I wanted my driveway sealed and she asked if I had been a customer previously. I had contacted Asphalt Engineeringfor a quote for paving my driveway, but did not use them a few years ago. I did not receive a phone callfrom them regarding sealing the driveway. Nothing

I called Asphalt Engineering on Monday 7/20/2015 to schedule the work. I was told by the woman who answered the phone she would get with her supervisor to review the schedule and get back to me. No one called me back. I called on Wednesday afternoon 7/2/2015 to see if I could get the work scheduled. At that time I noticed that I had an 'Estimate' and not a 'Quote'. When I first contacted Asphalt Engineering, Erin responded extremely quick, I was very impressed. We set up a date and time for an estimator to come out to my house to see exactly what I wanted and Paul showed up at the exact time. Wediscussed what I wanted to do, and i told him I needed enough space to park cars across my driveway. I toldhim that I wanted to widen the driveway 6 feetfrom the side of the house. The work was not completed. We ran into cold weather and they had said that a lot of people had purchased the deal. They seem like a good company. I purchased a Big Deal for$129 for Driveway Sealcoating!

Requested service and they got right back saying a women would be contacting me to schedule a time to visit and provide a quote. I never heard from them again. Went with Basic Sealcoating. They came out the same day and the quote was great! Driveway looks fantastic and I was very happy. Nothing
