We have an old asphalt driveway which needed rebuilding. There was also a concrete retaining wall next to the driveway which needed repair. Asphalt engineering responded quickly, and sent someone who gave us an estimate and recommended another company which could work on the retaining wall. When estimating a project we do our best to determine in advance what the requirements will be. Unfortunately, in the city there were a lot of changes and firmer implementation of policies that have never been required in the past. Purchased a Groupon for driveway sealing from Asphalt Engineering. They sent an estimator out who wrote up an estimate that included repairs to the driveway in addition to the seal coat I requested. I had the driveway done several times before by another company for a flat $250.00 that included sealing cracks and applying sealant to the whole driveway. They came on time and took them one hour to finish the job for a 22x60 feet driveway . They sealed the driveway and filled a crack at the end of the driveway by the street. Looks like new again .
